JAMMU & KASHMIR Lightening kills man in Ganderbal | KNO Published 256 weeks ago on June 17, 2019 By KashmirNewsObserver Ganderbal, June 17 (KNO) : A middle aged man died due to lightning at Central Kashmir's Ganderbal district on Monday. Reports reaching to KNO said that Mohammed Yousuf Mir, son Abdul Aziz Mir of Bakura village of Ganderbal died due to lightning. Reports added that he died on spot after lightning struck him while he was working outside his home in his paddy fields at Bakura village. Official sources also confirmed his death while as police has started further investigations into the matter. Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal Shafqat Iqbal has deputed Revenue and police authorities to the location.
